Type : 6 months contract, inside IR35 – Up to £575 per day

Are you seeking a challenging and exciting role in upgrading complex database systems? Our client is looking for a talented and experienced DBA/Developer to lead the transition of databases from SQL Server 2012 to SQL Server 2019.

Extensive Experience:

Proven track record of successfully upgrading complex databases to SQL Server 2019, with a thorough understanding of new installation and migration patterns.

SQL Server Proficiency:
In-depth knowledge of installation, backup, data migration, replication, access control, SSIS, database performance, scheduling, releases, monitoring, and alerting.

Agile Methodology:
Competence in managing workloads using Azure DevOps with an Agile project approach.
Familiarity with Team Foundation Server (TFS).
Experience with SQL Server 2016.
Proficiency in Power BI and Power Platform is highly favourable.
