Logistics Coordinator Job Responsibilities:


  • Work closely with operations teams to safely and efficiently meet the required daily activities.
  • Collaborate and communicate with logistics partners, customer service representatives, quality personnel, and others involved in the shipment and receipt of products about information related to the shipment.
  • Export & Import.
  • Keeping up to date and the company informed of all relevant legislation, import tariffs and trade agreements.
  • Logistics and operations administration.
  • Resolve any logistics queries in a timely manner.
  • Building strong relationships with internal/external stakeholders.
  • Tracks, traces, and updates the status of shipments. Follow up calls with DHL / Fedex / DPD, or any other partner.
  • Successfully conducts and completes all assigned trainings.
  • Participates in continuous improvement training and trains others.
  • Provides additional backup support for warehouse operations department.
  • Attending exhibitions.
  • Other daytoday business activities.

Requirements:


  • Previous experience working within a Logistics Coordinator is desirable however not essential.
  • Strong Excel and MS Office skills.
  • French language is desirable however not essential.
