    Rail Access Planner

    We're looking for a Rail Access Planner to join our Kier Transportation Rail team and assist us on several live projects across the Northwest region.

    Business Area: Kier Transportation, Rail

    Contract: Full Time, Permanent

    Responsibilities

    As a Rail Access Planner, you'll be working within the Kier Rail team, supporting the Rail business and help to expand our capability and geographical presence as a tier 1 contractor working for Network Rail and other Rail clients.

    Your day to day will include:

    • Submission/agreement of worksites the NR PPS system
    • Booking of Line Blocks for non-possession works
    • Use of/compliance with the RIPS system for possession and SSOWP's
    • Assist with the introduction of new processes and systems to continually improve our performance.
    • Liaise with project teams to understand their needs and feedback as required.

    What are we looking for?

    • Personal Track Safety as a minimum
    • SSOW Planner as a minimum
    • An understanding of PPS, NROL, OnTrac and RailHub.
