Sales Support Administrator

Salary:
Full Time Equivalent £24,000 per annum pro rata


Due to continued growth, we are looking to fill a new front of house position in our sign making and production centre based in Didcot.

Signs Express provides a wide range of signs and graphics to businesses. Previous sign industry experience is not essential however, knowledge of print or similar industries is an advantage.


Description:

This role is primarily responsible for being first point of contact for all customers contacting Signs Express Oxford & Signs Express Abingdon & Didcot.


Working closely with the sales manager responsibilities include:

  • Logging all activities on our database. (full training given)
  • Processing & sending out some quotes through computerised quotation system. (full training given).
  • Supporting & progressing marketing initiatives including eshots, mailshots & adhoc campaigns.
  • Supporting the sales process including quote followups and routine customer contacts including requesting Google reviews.

Successful applicants will possess the following attributes:

  • 2 Years plus in a customer service role
  • Good, confident telephone manner
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Good working understanding knowledge of Microsoft office Excel, Word, Outlook
  • An understanding of customer service
  • Selfmotivated
  • Organised with great attention to detail
  • Reliable and flexible attitude to work as required in the business.

Salary:
Full Time Equivalent £24,000 per annum pro rata
