The Role:

As a receptionist, you'll be courteous, enthusiastic, and detail oriented as you're the first point of contact for our guests.

You will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, handling guest inquiries and requests, and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.

Responsibilities include:

Handle guest checkin and checkout procedures efficiently, including the issuance of room keys, payment processing, and providing necessary information.
Work closely with the reservations, housekeeping, and F&B to ensure a smooth guest experience.
Maintain uptodate knowledge of room types, hotel facilities, and local attractions (including the Bodmin Jail Attraction).
Monitor room availability and manage room inventory to maximise occupancy and revenue with the reservations team.
Address guest concerns and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
