What you'll do- Act as the technical lead to a team of Testers working cross-functionally in an agile environment.- Be capable of deep diving into implementation details of automation scripts and test frameworks across the technology stacks.- Be at the forefront of significant technology initiatives from inception to successful deployment.- Work closely with Architecture and design to develop optimal test approaches- Coordination of Test Environments, Test Resources, Test Tools and 3rd Parties in line with Test Plans.

- Help shape the technical direction and the improvement of tools and processes across the department- Coach Test Analysts to build a high performing, collaborating and self-organising team- Line management of Test Analysts, including performance and development management and objective setting

What you'll bring- Extensive software engineering experience Excellent Java 8+ knowledge and a strong understanding of Spring framework- Experience following coding standards and performing peer code reviews- CI/CD experience (ideally with Jenkins)- Strong communication skills- Desire to continuously learn and share knowledge with other
