    About The Role

    We are looking for an experienced Training and Development administrator to cover maternity leave for 12 months. You will be there to support both the Talent & Development and wider HR teams, in the delivery of programmes and initiatives as well as the day to day running of the department.

    We need someone to be the main point of contact for all talent and development matters and be the voice of the department across the business.

    What You'll Spend Your Time Doing

  • Accurately completing learning administration including organising all training / event logistics
  • Internal and external Learning Management System administration as a super user
  • Being the first line support for training matters and participants
  • End to end management of the learning calendar and ad-hoc activities (from system updates to location bookings to advertising events to registration to attendance to feedback)
  • Budget and supplier management
  • Design and updating of Talent and Development tools

  • You have experience of using Workday (ideally), Office 365, SharePoint and social media channels

    What Can You Expect From Us?

  • £35,000-40,000 Base Salary
  • Holiday : 28 days core annual leave, and you can buy or sell up to 5 days
  • Pension: A minimum 2% employee contribution plus 7% MS Amlin contribution (9%) up to a maximum of 5% employee contribution plus 13% MS Amlin contribution (18%)
