We are looking for
Customer Service Advisors to join our team

Full time, Permanent
Salary of £19,500 with a salary review upon completion of probation.

Your role:

You will be responsible for proactively contacting third party customers who have been involved in an accident to offer our services for repair and mobility to ensure that the customer is back on the road as soon as possible and the claim is settled.

You will handle a variety of customer calls as part of our team and help to deliver exceptional customer service.

You will learn how to effectively deal with customers, clients and colleagues from different backgrounds and cultures. We are constantly working towards achieving the perfect journey for our customers, we will help build your confidence and your skills as an individual helping you to take ownership of your calls

Requirements:

Motivated and organised
Excellent written and verbal communication
Previous experience of working in a customer service or sales role (desirable)
Available to work shifts
I.T literate (ideally with knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team
Ability to problem solve and work under pressure
