    Description
    Since 1971, Our client has helped keep hundreds-of-thousands of On and Off-Highway and Military vehicles moving.

    These include such sectors as:

    Military, Material Handling, Construction & Earth Moving, Marine & Dockside, Aviation Ground Support, Agriculture, Turf and Grounds Maintenance, Excavation & Quarrying, Specialist Vehicles, Commercial Vehicles, Buses and Coaches, and Passenger Cars.


    We are ideally looking for a skilled CNC Miller to set, operate and program our 3 Fanuc-controlled CNC mills to produce our own automotive and hydraulic products.

    Although a Miller would be preferential, we would also consider a skilled CNC turner as well.

    Experience with manual lathes and mills, Sliding-heads, precision grinders, CAD, CAM, would also be very beneficial.

    Shifts & Salary

    Our current hourly rate for skilled machinists is £17.00 per hour.

    We only operate a standard day shift which equates to 39 hours per week over the following times:

    We also offer 25 days annual leave + the usual 8 bank holidays per year
