Using effective telephony-based Account Management techniques, you'll build strong relationships with our customers, ensuring their needs are met while driving profitability for our organisation.

A good track record of working in a sales environment
Proficient user of Microsoft Office applications
Experienced user of the CRM system and Salesforce
Commercial approach when making decisions
General knowledge of individual proposition offerings from energy suppliers, therefore demonstrating strong commercial acumen.
Ability to analyse and review large data sets quickly and effectively- quickly establishing any anomalies and the best proposition for the customer
