Absolute Recruit are delighted to be supporting a renowned IT Managed Service provider who support the Education Sector.

We are currently searching for a Network Manager to work through the MSP but permanently on-site with a Secondary School in East London.

In this position, you will be the sole technical point of contact at the school and will deal with issues from 1st-3rd Line.

This will be a customer facing role and therefor the Network Manager must be comfortable in front of clients and ideally had client facing experience.

You will regularly engage with students, teachers and other key stakeholders within the school.

The Network Manager will have documented experience of supporting Virtual and Physical Servers, Networks along with End User Computer Support.

You will also be involved in supporting school hardware which may include Printers, AV, Touchscreens and Projectors.

You will need the following technical experience:

Hyper-V or VMware experience
Windows Server and Desktop OS's

Office 36

Active Directory and experience of creating Group Policy
Hardware Troubleshooting: Laptops, Desktops, Printers, Scanner, Projectors and AV
Education experience is highly desirable
