Talent Acquisition Specialist - 12 Months

Description
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Creation and maintenance of Talent Acquisition training matrix for all relevant stakeholders
  • Providing introduction of Talent Acquisition Team and processes for new hiring managers
  • Overseeing related billing for the region
  • Maintaining Agency PSL and overseeing related invoicing: direct and cross charges
  • Maintaining Recruiter Toolkits

Qualifications
To be successful in this role you will need the following:

  • Point of contact for universities and early careers platforms (Targetjobs, Job Teaser, Handshake, Rate My Placement)
  • Overseeing the event management and attending some University events
  • Creating different reports also formatted to be presented back to the business
  • Coordinating & supporting Assessment Centers

Experience

  • Relevant working experience is required as well as the ability to take own initiative.
  • Salary up to £35,000 depending on experience.
