Project Co-ordinator Graduate Conversion

Description
We are looking for an experienced Project Co-Ordinator to join our team in Darlington. This project focused position deals with the responsibility for introducing temporary and permanent solutions into the Manufacturing and Service networks


In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Providing administrative and logistics support for a project team and project manager.
  • Serving as a resource on projects and work assignments; employing basic knowledge of effective project management and general business understanding.
  • Identifying, tracking, and working with others to resolve project issues.
  • Monitoring and communicating project status to project team.
  • Assisting with budget planning and tracking, research, and analytical support; providing input into the design and development of project plans and timelines.
  • Assisting with managing project risk; uses quality tools to identify areas of risk.
  • Documenting and sharing team learning's with other teams; draws on other experiences to enhance the success of the project.
  • Maintaining project notes, databases, and other records; monitors measures and communicates with Project Manager on status of specific projects and assignments.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you will need experience with the following:

  • Schedule Management
  • Scope Management
  • Project Resource Management
  • Project Issue and Risk Management
  • Customer focus
  • AOP modelling experience
  • College, university, or equivalent degree required.

Experience
You will have experience with managing conflict and strong communication skills. You will be able to plan, prioritise and align goals and commitments as well as using resources effectively. Your problem solving skills will be an asset.
