Reporting to the VP, Global Head of Talent Management, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a learning and engagement strategy that aligns with our company's goals and values, and supports our future ambition.

People Management:
Inspire, develop and energise a high performing team across markets to support the Learning & Engagement team goals
Employee Engagement:
Oversee the Annual Engagement survey and partner with leadership and employees to use insight to drive initiatives to enhance our employee experience.
Leverage technology and digital learning to enhance the accessibility and effectiveness of learning initiatives making smart decisions to drive simplicity and effectiveness.
