    A fantastic opportunity has become available to join a well-established and growing business in the Birmingham area for a Business Administration Assistant.

    This role is designed for someone who is highly orgainsed, can multitask and has a passion for delivering exceptional quality service to external and internal customers


    Job Role Duties:
    Working closely with the business manager and supporting with administrative tasks

    Supporting with documentation for expos and events

    Diary management

    Booking in appointments

    Creation work on PowerPoint

    Speaking with customers for updates, chasing payments or account details

    Working closely with SAP, data inputting and data transfer

    Supporting the sales process and ensuring seamless and efficient operation

    Supporting any areas within the business


    Key skills & Experience:
    The successful person will have extensive experience and will proficient using SAP

    Ability to use, CRM, MS Office/365, Excel, Powerpoint & Word

    Effective Communicator

    Organised

    Team Player

    Strong ability to manage and prioritise tasks effectively

    Previous experience in a similar role, particularly in business administration
