Growing Property management business based in London are looking for a HR Manager to join the senior leadership team.
Hybrid working with 3 days in office and 2 work from home.

They have various locations around the UK so travel will be part of the role, which is all funded, along with
enhanced holiday entitlement at 25 days and a very
generous bonus scheme


You will build the People Strategy for the UK market, reviewing current and historic performance and data, to inform and build your People Plan which will align with the business plan overall.

With the support of an experienced HR Advisor, this is a greatopportunity to enter a growing business and bring your expertise into the role.


Responsibilities of the HR Manager Include:

  • Full generalist HR including recruitment and managing ER case work, in collaboration with the HR Advisor as their line manager.
  • Strategic HR review and implementation, including HR projects such as employee engagement, talent management, training and development, organisational growth plans.
  • Working collaboratively with the Operational Directors and Finance Manager to deliver the people plan.
  • Building positive relationships with managers to ensure they are proactively engaged with HR and understand and follow all procedures and processes, updating the policies as required

Requirements of the HR Manager are:

  • CIPD Level 5/7 or equivalent.
  • Experience working in a strategic HR Role, implementing the HR strategy in the business.
  • Desirable experience working as standalone HR or Senior HR position for a minimum of 2 years, with 5 yearsexperience in HR Generalist.
  • Strong generalist HR experience including current ER legislation knowledge.


You must be confident in your capabilities, be ready to challenge and promote new ways of working to champion HR within the business.
