Attention all aspiring automotive enthusiasts An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Trainee Service Advisor to join our prestigious main dealership team.


As a Trainee Service Advisor, you will have the unique opportunity to work with some of the world's most prestigious and sought-after vehicles.


You will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and care possible, and will work closely with our experienced team to learn the ins and outs of the automotive industry.


Responsibilities

  • Learn about our dealership's daily operations and how to be successful.
  • Answer the phone and schedule service appointments.
  • You will Greet customers and make them feel welcomed.
  • Provide Excellent Customer service.
  • Advise customers about necessary/suggested services and costs.
  • Listen to customer's reason(s) for bringing their vehicle to the service department.
  • Upon completion of work, review work order with the customer to assure all concerns are addressed.

Qualifications

  • Full Clean Driving License required.
  • Customer facing experience is a must to succeed in this role.

Salary and Benefits
- £25,000 Basic Salary + Bonus

  • 1 in 3 Saturdays 8:3013:00
