- Operate and monitor chemical manufacturing processes
- Follow standard operating procedures for handling chemicals
- Ensure all equipment is operating efficiently and safely
- Perform quality control checks on products
- Maintain accurate production records
- GCSEs or equivalent in Science subjects
- Relevant vocational qualifications in chemical processing
- Minimum of GCSEs in Science subjects
- Prior experience working in chemical manufacturing or processing
- Experience operating industrial machinery and equipment
- Understanding of chemical processes and safety protocols
- Ability to follow procedures and work accurately
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Higher level qualifications in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering
- Health and Safety certifications
- Work in a manufacturing plant environment
- May involve exposure to chemicals
- Required to wear personal protective equipment
- Shift work may be required
