G Decor is looking to continue to build its fast-paced and innovative e-commerce team to continue and drive our continued online success.
We are looking for someone with a passion for eCommerce who wants to help drive our business forward using creative techniques whilst utilising data to make informed decisions.

Inventory, new listing on marketplaces, product descriptions and inventory management. - Having a problemsolving attitude is must
- Be experienced in the management of a warehouse/ecommerce operation
- Have experience in working successfully in collaboration with others across teams & departments (Warehouse, Inventory, Photography and Customer Service).
- Be an effective role model demonstrating high levels of performance & professionalism with a continued focus on personal development
- Have a proven ability to inspire a diverse group on a large scale & to performance manage individuals & teams to get the best from them
- Have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate, influence, provide leadership & present information & ideas at all levels both internally & externally when required
- Ability to analyse data to support informed decision making & problem resolution
- Be able to organise & balance own workload with often conflicting priorities. Be able to demonstrate high levels of resilience.
- Be adaptable & flexible
- Have a high level of numeracy & IT literacy.

Tasks Will Include:
- Team management
- Working with Different Teams Warehouse, Inventory, Customer Service, Photography
- Allocating and following Tasks with your Team
- Looking for New Ideas and Ways to improve efficiency
- Maintaining the current workflow in order.
- Open the premises
We need you to have:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience working in ecommerce in a professional environment
- Strong copywriting skills, confident and fluent in English with strong grammar skills
- Good understanding of the principles of SEO
- Passionate about driving sales
- Proficient and confident with excel and creating and sorting large amounts of data
- Forwardthinking and the ability to embrace and drive change
- Used to working in an environment with a high level of product lines
- Independent and autonomous worker
- Flexibility with a handson approach and quick to react to the everchanging work around you
- Strong commercial awareness and desire to succeed
- You will be working directly with the Director and other Manager

£22,000.00 per year
