Here at Willing Care, we are seeking a Nursery Assistant for one of our very established clients._


About the Nursery:


The Nursery compromises of several large and airy rooms fully equipped with a range of age-appropriate resources to support children's various developmental needs.

The children are able to enjoy some fantastic facilities, including a spacious garden area, a soft play area and a playground

The role of a Nursery Assistant within the Nursery involves:

  • Working as part of the Nursery team
  • Participating in activities with the children, including integrative play, reading and curriculum set activities
  • Creating play and learning opportunities, which encourage learning and development
  • Communicating with parent on a daily basis
  • Providing a caring and supportive environment for all children
  • Promoting and ensuring children's welfare and health and safety are protected
  • Adhering with internal and external policies and procedures

To be considered for the role of Nursery Assistant you will have:

  • Previous experience working with children
  • GCSE or equivalent English and Mathematics Grade C or above
  • Willingness to undertake additional training and qualifications
