We are a rapidly expanding award-winning business with an extensive property portfolio in the centres of both Leicester and Coventry with plans for further growth across the UK.

Reason for recruitment:
Due to company growth we are looking to expand our team.

Overview of role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised individual to join our team.

You will be part of the Head Office team based in Leicester, supporting the General Manager with areas of financial control, and assisting with debt chasing.

Duties include:

Chasing overdue payments in line with company policy
Taking payments over the phone
Generating and analysing reports of missed payments
Sending reminders to customers when payments are upcoming and overdue
Resolving payment issues and effectively managing payment plans
Updating customer accounts accordingly
Performing data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
Escalating advanced debt in line with company policy

You will have superb attention to detail and be proficient in Microsoft Office.
You will be a team player.
You will have experience of working in an office environment, with English and Mathematics at GCSE level (Grade C or above).
Working days to be agreed between Mon-Sat

The interview process will involve a phone interview, followed by an inperson interview and finally a paid taster session.

Telephone interviews will be held the week commencing 6th May, with face to face and taster sessions running from the week commencing 13th May until 24th May.
