ASSISTANT SALES MANAGER / SENIOR SALES NEGOTIATOR - Residential Estate Agency

OTE £40k

Position:
Permanent - Full Time
Ready for promotion? We need an experienced
Assistant Sales Manager / Senior Sales Negotiator.

You will need to have a great track record in residential sales: the ability to generate and win business and the ability to grow and build that business.

You will be enthusiastic, energetic, proactive and have the ability to build a good rapport with people whilst consistently providing exceptional client service.

You need to be able to work independently and autonomously as well as working as part of a team.

You will thrive in a
target driven industry and work well in a pressurised working environment.

Skills:
The skills required for this Senior Sales Negotiator/Assistant Sales Manager role will include:

Extensive experience in residential sales
Significant Sales Listing / Valuations experience
Excellent sales ability
High level of customer service skills
Well presented, ambitious and selfmotivated
Knowledge and living close to the Cheam area essential
Full Driving License and car owner essential
Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
