    I'm supporting a partner and we are looking for an experienced Pharmacist Manager or an experienced Pharmacist looking to step into management to join their team in a thriving Didcot pharmacy.

    Lead and mentor a team of pharmacy professionals, ensuring efficient operations and exceptional customer care.

    • Utilise innovative technology to streamline processes, freeing up time for in-depth consultations, flu jabs, travel vaccinations, and other key services.
    • Starting salary of £60,000 with unlimited service incentives and a potential £500 Welcome Bonus.
    • Options for a 4-day week and 33 days of annual leave to recharge.
    • Develop your career with opportunities to progress to an Area Manager role.
    Overseeing all aspects of pharmacy operations, ensuring adherence to GPhC regulations and high-quality patient care.

    • Leading, motivating, and developing your pharmacy team for optimal performance.
    • Contributing to the pharmacy's financial targets and service delivery goals.
    • Building strong relationships with patients, GPs, and other healthcare professionals.
