    Description
    Mechanical Engineer
    Location; Central London
    Monday to Friday; 40 hours per week
    Hourly rate; £ £17.00 per hour depending on experience
    Recruiting on behalf of a Multi-National established Facilities Management company on a Critical commercial contract based in Central London,

    The Multi trade Mechanical Enginner will be carrying out PPM / reactive tasks on Mechanical/ Commercial Plumbing plant equipment They must have a full working knowledge of HVAC building services, water treatment, BMS systems etc.

    Duties for the Multi trade Commercial Plumber

    Carrying out PPM's and reactive work on Boilers, Heating and LT Hot water/ Cold water systems, Plumbing and drainage,
    Regular flushing across the building
    Complete PPM's and reactive works on AHU's, VAV's, Motors, Pumps and HVAC
    Knowledge of BMS profile
    A good understanding of L8 and water systems
    Asbestos awareness
    Maintain/ repair building fabric issues across the site
    Qualifications

    ~ Candidates must hold a City and Guilds or NVQ in mechanical engineering/plumbing
