    Senior Associate Family Solicitor | Partnership Opportunity | Chelmsford, Essex

    This position presents an ideal opportunity for a Senior Associate Family Solicitor or existing Partner seeking a new challenge.

    As a senior figure in the team, you will oversee three fee-earners, a paralegal, and a legal secretary, managing all aspects of privately funded family affairs.

    Must be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least 5 years PQE
    In your senior capacity, you will guide, mentor, and train junior and mid-level fee-earners, positively shaping the department's success
