Description

Contract to start on until with a possible extension.

This post will work alongside Senior Managers to coordinate all aspects of continuous improvement for Children's Services and SEND.

This will involve leading the coordination of activity, and implementation of systems, to highlight the good practice taking place in Children's Service, build on areas of good practice, and address any areas requiring improvements.

The post holder will be required to have strong skills in the following areas:

Organisation
Communication
Negotiation

The post holder should be confident implementing new systems and procedures, as well as monitoring, and reviewing, to produce improvements.

The post holder will be required to work with managers at all levels to produce results.

Salary:
£19.34 per hour
