A leading FMCG Food Manufacturer is currently recruiting for a Marketing Executive to join the team. This role is to support the Marketing Controller and Category Manager to deliver the short and long-term commercial plans, via trade marketing execution, basic category support and general brand & category administrative tasks

Marketing Executive responsibilities include:

Collateral for all Trade Marketing needs and project management of such projects - flyers, point of sale, stickers

Provide input, support, and direction to the marketing program for digital needs - including photography shoots, website, social media content creation via Canva

Provide input, support, and demonstrate project management skills within the product launch field - tasks such as samples, competitor benchmarking & artwork management, store visits across northwest and midlands.

Support on the needs within the Foodservice channels (non-brand) - providing insight for bi-monthly newsletters, collate and direct competitions, brochures, sales 1 pagers, plus any marketing collateral needed.

Day to Day Project Management of product launches across the commercial function for Branded Launch's - Includes pack copy, design briefs and copy checking

Internal company support - help support / lead with any internal events and company events - Cheshire show, internal BBQ's etc.

Includes gathering a cross functional team to decide content for Linkedin.

Ad hoc support within the Marketing, Insight, Community, and commercial functions where needed i.e. Brandbank, Community team support, newsletters

You will be a Marketing Executive with ideally 1-2 experience of working within a commercial environment.

An understanding of Trade Marketing and experience of analysing and interpreting data from a range of sources to create one truth is essential.

You will be at ease creatively - Creation of flyers and one pagers for sales documents and comfortable to present to peers as well as Senior teams.

This role will require:
Data Analysis, Synthesis & Application; Project management; Brand Strategy; Portfolio Management; Digital Marketing; Trade marketing.
