    Role:
    HVAC & Refrigeration Engineer - South

    Reporting to:
    Operations Manager

    Package:
    £46,000 Basic - OTE 55K / + Pension + Fuel Card + Field Card + No On-Call Rota + Mon-Fri + Van + All Equipment


    Role Purpose:
    A key member in a growing company to support business vision.

    Primarily responsible for the successful completion of the following work streams across our customers sites:


    • Planned maintenance
    • Reactive maintenance
    • Remedial works/Repairs

    Role Scope:

    The scope of this role includes our key service lines which are service, maintenance of Refrigeration, Air Conditioning, Chillers and other HVAC equipment.


    Key Accountabilities:

    • Successful completion of planned and reactive tasks, within set deadlines
    • Compiling technical site reports on completion of works – ready to be sent to clients
    • Evaluating repair works and compiling component or equipment lists for quoting
    • Good housekeeping of own vehicle and equipment provided by the company
    • Adhering to Quality, Health & Safety processes and Statutory rule

    Whilst the key duties are listed above, the post will be required to adapt to the changing business needs and be flexible within the team.


    Role Requirements:

    • 6+ years of experience in the HVAC / Industrial in the AC & refrigeration environment
    • Knowledge of service management principles and methodologies
    • Strong results focus and execution i.e., getting things done
    • Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
    • Ability to be a proactive selfstarter and work both independently and interdependently as part of a team
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks deploying effective time managements skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship management/ building skills.

    Target:

    • Meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction targets as set by the management team
    • Submitting documentation correctly and on time for both internal and external use
    • Ability and technical approach of carrying out the works
    • Resolving customer issues and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
    • Consistently meeting or exceeding performance goals and targets set by the management team
