Job Description My client are a fast growing renewable energy organisation based in Basingstoke. They are seeking a Commercial Property Paralegal, with at least 1 years' experience and a great work ethic to support their in-house legal team

This is a full-time permanent role that will require 5 days a week within the office so candidates will need to live within a commutable distance to the office.

Supporting the development of standard legal documents and templates;
Legal Research;
Working closely with external solicitors and internal teams to ensure processes are followed throughout the lifetime of the project
Experience of Contract and Land Law processes and procedures are essential for this role. At least 12 months of previous legal experience in a similar position and/or preferably Degree/CILEx educated.
Excellent written and spoken English
Experience of commercial leases
