Some key duties and responsibilities include:
- To provide administration support to the organisation
- To assist with bookkeeping, including processing invoices and purchase orders, manage/record credit card spends and ensuring all financial recording systems are accurate and kept up to date
- To maintain filing systems in accordance with organisational procedures, including keeping records accurately and securely
- To monitor office supplies including sourcing and ordering new stock (stationery, kitchen sundries, etc.) while making sure the equipment spreadsheet is up to date
- To support Operation Manager in liaising with contractors and service providers
- To organise meetings and maintain the office diary
- To build strong internal relationships with colleagues and management
To be successful in this role the postholder will need proven experience in a similar administrative role, a good understanding of the Microsoft package (Excel, Word, Outlook), and a good eye for detail in order to process and analyse information.
