Start date: 3rd January 2023 / ASAP

Aston Education is working with a Good 3-11 primary school in Lewisham, Southeast London, looking for a full-time HLTA (Higher Level Teaching Assistant) to start as soon as possible.

As an HLTA, you'll plan and teach whole class lessons on KS2. You'll create an engaging learning environment and work collaboratively with the KS2 team at this 1-form entry school.

Qualifications, experience, and skills required include:

HLTA qualification or Level 3 Diploma in the Children and Young People Workforce
Experience working with pupils in a primary school
Experience leading whole classes
Good Literacy and Numeracy skills
Calm, patient and caring attitude with a good sense of humour
A good understanding of child protection and safeguarding guidelines
Passion to make a positive difference

This job is likely to continue until Easter 2023.
