A ground hitting newly qualified Building Surveyor, is needed to join a leading property consultancy, to become a solid pillar in the first stages of this growing team, based in Stratford.

The Building Surveyor's Role

The successful Building Surveyor will work predominantly on dilapidations and other core BS services, for mainly landlord clients, across the commercial and residential sectors.

The new Building Surveyor will work closely with the newly appointed Director of Building Surveying, with the team growth over the next 2 years.

As the successful Building Surveyor, you'll be actively liaising with clients and will take part in key networking events for business development purposes.

As well as, supporting junior Building Surveyors and eventually taking on management responsibilities.

The Building Surveyor

MRICS ideally, or hold a RICS accredited degree
2+ commercial consultancy experience
Core professional Building Surveying service experience
Ambitious, selfmotivated and confident communicator both written and verbal
UK driving license
