Job Description: MEP Project Manager - Kent and London

ESD are seeking a highly skilled MEP Project Manager to oversee the planning, design, and execution of MEP projects based in Kent and London. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing CAT A & B fit-out projects and possess excellent project management skills.

Responsibilities:

Plan, design, and execute MEP projects in Kent

Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources

Coordinate with project stakeholders and contractors

Ensure project compliance with building codes and standards

Oversee the installation and commissioning of MEP systems

Monitor project progress and identify and mitigate risks

Manage project documentation and reports

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering

Minimum of 5 years of experience in MEP project management

Strong knowledge of building codes and standards

Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills

Experience in managing CAT A & B fit-out projects is a must

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Proficient in project management software and tools
