    Description
    We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Occupational Therapist to join our rotation across the Cornish Health Community. We are looking for a team member who can provide decisive and effective Occupational Therapy input


    This is an entry-level post working the equivalent of 37.This post holder will join the Occupational Therapy Band 5 rotation scheme.

    This is a scheme, which spans across different health setting and different areas of practice.

    Front door, Physical medicine, learning disabilities and adult mental health, under the guidance of the senior staff. To provide a high standard Occupational Therapy service topatients within each area.

    Todetermine clinical diagnosis and Occupational Therapy treatment indicated.

    This is an entry-level post.

    This post is part of the Occupational Therapy Band 5 rotation scheme and will commence in the Front Door Therapy Team


    This is an entry-level rotation scheme, which involves working across thehealth community's sites, in a range of ward settings and out-patientdepartments and in the patient's own home.

    Physical medicine, learning disabilities and adult mental health, under the guidance of the senior staff. Flexible 7 day working and commitment to the weekend rota

    Work health assessments

    Please talk to us at interview about any flexible working arrangements you would prefer or require. Degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent
    Membership of the College of Occupational Therapy.

    Trauma & Orthopaedics, Medical, Respiratory, Neurology, Mental Health

    Entry level assessment skills.
    Computer literate
    Evidence of clinical audit/research activity
