Responsibilities:

  • Administer and supervise the administration of exams in a proctored setting
  • Ensure a secure and fair testing environment for all test takers
  • Follow established protocols and procedures for test administration
  • Monitor test takers to prevent cheating or misconduct
  • Provide assistance and guidance to test takers as needed
  • Maintain accurate records of test taker information and exam results
  • Collaborate with other proctors and testing center staff to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college education preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive information
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with diverse individuals
  • Familiarity with educational testing procedures and protocols is a plus
