If so, we have an amazing opportunity for an Apprentice Recruitment Consultant to join our ever expanding team

We are looking for highly ambitious, driven people who are prepared to work hard to achieve results. We are a team and therefore need team players to come and help us continue our success.


We started off as a two-person business in 2017 and have since grown to a team of 10, in a spacious office near Westwood Business Park (CV4).

We have over 4 brands as part of the Michael Sharma Group and are looking for an apprentice to join an already established and performing team.

You will be working towards gaining your Recruitment Consultant level 3 qualification through your apprenticeship.


Apprentice Recruitment Consultant Duties:

  • Using sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking to attract business from client companies
  • Visiting clients to build and develop positive relationships with them
  • Developing a good understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do, their work culture and environment
  • Advertising vacancies by drafting and placing adverts in a range of media

We are looking for someone who can:

  • Manage the recruitment process
  • Deliver results
