- You will manage the sales process from initial contact through to order delivery.
- Lead generation - this could come from previous customers, market intelligence, following up on incoming enquiries, identifying shows and exhibitions to visit or even exhibit at, through to directories and networking with existing clients.
- Ideally this will be in a sales environment, but it could also be in customer service, complaint handling etc.
- IT literate - able to communicate effectively over email, and to update the CRM and sales order systems.

As part of a considered growth strategy, we are looking to recruit at least one, potentially two sales and business development roles to help the business grow.
