We are thrilled to announce an exciting job opportunity for the position of Surveyor Allocations Team Leader.


As a Team Leader you will lead & motivate a team of 6 Surveyor Allocation Executives to deliver the best possible client experience when booking inspections on behalf of Surveyors.

You will be responsible for ensuring that your team consistently achieve their productivity, inspection booking and lease/plan collection targets.

This 'hands on' role will require you to spend much of your time managing, coaching and developing your team to achieve their full potential, along with stake holder management at the highest level.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate your team to consistently achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Provide ongoing support to your team through regular team meetings, training, onetoone sessions, feedback, performance management, and coaching.
  • Manage HR requirements for your team members, including annual leave, absence management, and performance evaluations.
  • Set a clear vision to motivate your team and create a plan to drive them towards achieving it.
  • Delegate responsibilities effectively, inspire team members, and maximize their potential.

Requirements:


  • You have demonstrated success in leading and motivating a team
  • Proven track record of delivering a high level of customer service in a telephone based department.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong understanding of planning business strategies and goals.
  • Effective communicator at all levels.
  • Extensive CRM experience.
  • Excellent knowledge of business rates.
  • Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Resultsdriven with the ability to produce and analyze management information.
