    Description
    You will also need some knowledge of building services to provide out of hours emergency maintenance support.

    Resolve reactive, planned, preventative and emergency maintenance requests submitted into the computerised maintenance managementsystem (CMMS) to minimise equipment downtime as required.


    Lead installation work to the required standard, supporting site and process modifications including supplies and services to work equipment.

    Carry out mechanical/electrical installation in accordance with relevant regulations.

    Ensure knowledge sharing by capturing and training out key learning points to colleagues or others. Update the CMMS asset history by completion of Works Order information and spares / repair requirements.

    Health & Safety activities such as full and rapid risk assessments of tasks and occasional working under permit to work.


    Actively contribute to company Continuous Improvement activities including Kaizen, applying 5S standards in all areas and ensure all work is compliant with Health and Safety standards and risk assessments.

    You will have a proven ability working as a high performing multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer in a high-volume automated manufacturing environment, with experience of fault finding and repair on PLC s, electrical, robotic, pneumatic and hydraulic control systems.

    You ll ideally hold a HNC in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical), with City & Guilds 2800 Level 3 or equivalent (Maintenance Engineering), and City & Guilds 2382 IEE 18th Edition Wiring Regulation.

    Salary - GBP37,04- GBP40,748

    Shift Allowance - GBP6,874 for working a continental lifestyle shift pattern (average 39.
