We are Adra. We provide quality homes in North Wales. We re not an organisation that stands still. Over the coming years we will have built a significant number of homes outside the county, with an ambition to be providing several hundred more high quality homes across North Wales. Although highly ambitious, we are equally determined to protect and develop the rich culture and heritage of the communities we serve.
What you ll do:
You will be responsible to the Director of Customers & Communities, and work collaboratively with the Head of Customer Services and other Adra colleagues for the effective leadership and development of Community Services provided by Adra.
Lead and develop high-performing strategic and operational services
Make sure that we achieve the Corporate Plan ambitions and targets
What we re looking for:
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly collaborative individual with experience of leading and managing excellent customer and community-facing services.
The ability to communicate in Welsh is essential for this role.

Fel aelod o r Tîm Pennaethiaid byddwch yn cyfrannu at ddatblygu polisi a strategaeth, cynllunio gwasanaethau a gwneud penderfyniadau corfforaethol,gan sicrhau arweinyddiaeth gymunedol gref yn yr ardaloedd lle rydym yn gweithredu.
