I am currently supporting a Private Equity backed Financial Services company building out their growing team of BDM's within their Birmingham offices.

Working within a well-established company you will be given the tools to build and grow your own desk.

Paying a basic of £30,000 with a car allowance plus uncapped commission will see your first year OTE be a minimum of £55,000 with top earners doing over £70,000.


Working within the R&D tax space you will be contacting the decision makers of businesses explaining how you can help the business get tens of thousands of pounds completely on a no-win no fee basis.

You'll be consultative in your sales approach and notafraid of completely cold, standing start sales - we do have inbound strategies to help you along the way.

As well as going direct to businesses, you will set up a referral network to help increase your pipeline.

BDM Package Basic salary £30,000

  • Uncapped commission with first year OTE £55,000

  • 2 years experience in B2B or BDM role
- you'll need access to a car and a full licence, as the role is mainly based around Face 2 Face meetings and networking.
