    Description

    We are on the lookout for a Qualified Mortgage Advisor to join a dynamic and established lending organisation. Our client is a specialist in secured loans and is currently in a phase of expansion. The company has been recognised for their outstanding performance, being shortlisted for the MEN Business of the Year award.

    This role offers an impressive OTE of £50,000. The basic salary ranges from £27,415 to £33,130, depending on your CeMAP qualification.     As a Mortgage Advisor, you will be responsible for:

    • Managing leads through different channels
    • Delivering excellent customer service by evaluating customer needs and offering suitable recommendations
    • Adhering to regulatory and ethical standards in line with SMCR
    • Following company policies and procedures
    • Meeting and exceeding service levels and targets
    • Working by the company's responsible lending and underwriting policies
    Package and Benefits:
    As a Mortgage Advisor, you'll be rewarded with:
    • An OTE of £50,000, with a typical earning of £41,000
    • A basic salary ranging from £27,415 to £33,130, depending on your CeMAP qualification

    The ideal Mortgage Advisor will have:
    • A CeMAP qualification (or equivalent), or the willingness to complete the full qualification (study package provided)
    • At least 3 months of service within the business
    • Excellent customer service skills
    • Strong communication skills
    • Great judgment
    • A proven track record for hitting targets
