Job Overview:


Responsibilities:


  • Provide 1 line technical support to endusers for general office IT issues
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software problems and perform repairs and upgrades as necessary
  • Maintain and update system documentation and knowledge base
  • Ensure all issues are logged and resolved within agreed service level agreements
  • Work collaboratively with other members of the IT team to identify and resolve complex technical problems
  • Provide training and support to endusers on new and existing systems
  • Participate in IT projects as required

Requirements (desirable but not essential):


  • Previous experience in technical support, preferably in a general office IT environment
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10/11 and Office 36
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Experience with AnyDesk remote support tool
  • Experience with Zendesk ticketing system
  • Ability to learn modern technologies quickly
  • A relevant technical qualification would be an advantage

Contracted Term:

Permanent Full-time position

£25,000.00 per year
