Solicitor or Legal Executive - Bristol / Manchester (UK) -This is a national recruitment campaign for a leading commercial insurance team specialising in property related insurance complex large loss and coverage work.

The Partners are looking to attract experienced litigators at various levels.

They are also willing to look broadly in terms of skill set so if you have a strong background in professional indemnity or another area of commercial insurance, we would like to hear from you.

All the work handled by this particular team is technical, high-profile disputes and involves property related insurance matters including:

Property damage defended liability claims covering all manner of perils;
Highvalue, complex property loss subrogation;

- policy coverage; and
- insurance fraud

Clients include 'tier 1' property insurers with whom our client has build strong relationships over the years.

You will work with one of the lead Partners in the team on a varied, high-quality caseload whilst also helping to further develop and manage the team.
