Electrical Fitter / AssemblerLocation: Wolverhampton, CovenHours of work: 07:00 – 16:00 Monday – Thursday / 07:00 – 12:00 FridayRate of pay: £15.00 Per hour – Progressing to £16 per hourWentworth James Group are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Fitter / Assembler on behalf of our customer based in Wolverhampton to join their busy operations department.
You will be responsible for contributing to the assembly and fitting of electrical looms and junction boxes for equipment and commercial vehicles.
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment is paramount in this role.Duties of the role * Assemble, install and fit electrical components, including wiring harnesses, junction boxes, and lighting systems, into commercial vehicles.
* Interpret technical diagrams and schematics to ensure accurate installation and wiring of electrical systems. * Conduct routine inspections and troubleshooting to identify and resolve electrical issues. * Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of electrical fitting tasks. * Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.Candidate Requirements * Commercial bodybuilding experience * Proven experience as an Electrical Fitter or similar role, preferably within the automotive or commercial vehicle industry.
* Strong understanding of electrical systems and components. * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics. * Proficiency in using electrical tools and equipment. * Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Hours of work & Rate of pay:
