Linen Porter– Luxury Apartments complex in Soho

A professional and friendly Group owning a complex of luxury apartments in Soho are looking for a Linen Porter/ Handy Person to operate the guest laundry service and carry out daily bedroom and corridor maintenance efficiently and effectively ensuring an excellent Guest experience.

The Role:

40 h pw

Flexitime: 9am to 5pm/ 5 days a week or 10am to 4pm/ 6 days a week

The Linen Porter/ Handy Person role involves:

·Ensure all linen procedures are adhered to and promptly available to the housekeeping team

·Collecting, counting, and distributing linen

·Conduct a daily walk-through of the building to ensure all common areas and systems are in good working order

·Taking stock of what linen is on site, organising the delivery and collection of linen and reporting any damaged linen.

·Report any damage, wear and tear, or defects to the Maintenance Department

·Carry out basic bedroom and corridor maintenance
