    New Business Development Manager
    EV experience, ideally within the Hospitality & Leisure, Real Estate, Dealership and Fleet or Facilities Management verticals.
    Hybrid working (Office based St Albans)

    Salary + 20% bonus potential + uncapped commission We are partnering with an eMobility partner to hire a EV Business Development Manager.

    You'll be instrumental in building out their commercial sales division in the UK.

    This role will support their ambitious expansion plans by creating the right solutions for their clients and deliver financial growth.

    Youll develop business in the private sector across key sales verticals, identifying and building strong relationships to position the company as the first choice for all EV infrastructure requirements.

    What you'll be doing As a Business Development Manager you'll:

    Grow sales of company products and services to UK commercial sector, defining your sales strategy, identifying brand development and sales opportunities of scale
    Build and deepen relationships with key prospects in the commercial segments, with particular focus on Fleet, Car Parking, Commercial wholesale and Property/Facilities Management

    Own and oversee the pre-installation process (lead/offer through to booking/contract) and ensure that all opportunities are correctly represented in Capsule (CRM).

    Represent company at industry and trade events generating leads, promoting our brand & services.
    For Key Clients and major projects, working closely with the Commercial Account Co-Ordinator, lead the transition of successful projects into delivery, working closely with the Commercial, Finance and respective project delivery teams
    EV experience, ideally within Hospitality & Leisure, Real Estate, Dealership and Fleet or Facilities Management verticals
    Strong track record of business development that has delivered results/revenue youll need that hunter mentality to find and convert prospects to sales
    First class planning, organizational and time management skills
    Creative and imaginative, yet have a great eye for the detail
