- Involvement in client meetings from initial contact, with responsibility of driving case to appointment date.
- Dealing with cases from commencement / handover to closure, driving case progression from appointment including statutory reporting to a variety of stakeholders.
- Experience and understanding of Corporate Insolvency Procedures, particularly CVLs, CVAs, Receiverships and Administrations.
- Stakeholder management.
- Achieving statutory and regulatory compliance.
- Responsibility for additional ad hoc tasks as required.
- Having a degree of autonomy in decision making.
- Manage and develop junior staff members.
- Develop relationships with other professionals both internally within the group and externally.
- Assisting with Independent Business Reviews, Options and Pre-Lending Reviews
- Undertaking detailed financial analysis of statutory accounts, management information, short term cash flow forecasts and longer term integrated forecast models, including the identification of key trends and performance drivers.

- 3 plus years' corporate insolvency experience from a top 30 insolvency practice or equivalent (this should include previous experience of multiple processes to include Administrations).
