- Receive customer calls and emails, ensuring they are logged appropriately
- Provide high quality technical support across the whole range of company products
- Write customer-facing documentation (application notes, FAQs)
- Provide product training both on and off site
- Maintenance of internal equipment, systems, and processes Requirements:
- Degree level education in an engineering or communications subject
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in a customer support desk role in a commercial/B2B environment through working within a high-tech product development organisation
- Experience working with digital radio communication networks and associated technologies
- Eligibility for UK SC
- Highly proficient in MS Office
