Maternity Cover - 1 Year Fixed Term Contract

The Social Care Training and Development Team at Ealing Council is an integral support service to the Children's and Families and Adults' Directorates.

Our remit includes Children's and Adults' Social Work, Foster Carers, the Social Care Private, Voluntary and Independent Sector and increasingly, partnership working across disciplines and organisations.

We support these groups with learning and development solutions to ensure the workforce is capable of delivering excellent services to Ealing residents.

We have a new vacancy in our team for a training officer who will work specifically with the training and development needs of the workforce in Ealing's Integrated care partnership.

If you have an understanding of the adult's services learning needs, the training needs as established by skills for care for the independent sector and are able to demonstrate your experience of both commissioning/consulting with partners and facilitating training we would like to hear from you.
